Find a Class That Fits Your Day

We’re open seven days a week, offering morning classes Monday to Friday, evening classes from Monday to Thursday, and weekend sessions.

We don’t label classes as beginner or intermediate. Instead, every class is designed to be fully adaptable-with exercises that can be progressed or regressed based on ability. Our instructors provide thoughtful modifications where needed, so you’re always supported and appropriately challenged. 

This means you have multiple opportunities, every day to move, flow and grow!
